Sugar Free Coconut Roasted Mixed Nuts
This is a simple, semi sweet, savory snack! Full of healthy fats and very filling! I store mine in a mason jar for later snacking.
SUGAR FREE COCONUT ROASTED MIXED NUTS
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mixed nuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut chips
2 tbsp melted coconut butter (manna)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Add all ingredients (except coconut butter) to a mixing bowl and combine
Place on a baking sheet in an even layer
Bake for 5-7 minutes (depending on your oven) until golden brown
Remove from oven, and add melted coconut butter while nuts are still warm and combine
