Walnut Pesto
WALNUT PESTO
PALEO, LOW FODMAP, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups basil
3/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup raw walnuts
1/2tsp kosher salt
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon - about 1tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
*This recipe is low FODMAP
*If you wanted, you could add nutritional yeast and fresh garlic cloves. 🍃
