I don’t normally struggle with craving fast food or take out, but since being stuck inside, I think the food boredom is starting to hit. These wings are SO yummy and flavorful and totally satisfy those cravings that I’ve been getting recently being stuck inside during quarantine. They are super simple and come together quickly. The sauce can also be used as a salad dressing or dip!

I made mine in the air fryer but you can also make them in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer! I would cook them on a wire rack in the oven at 400 for around 20 minutes. But keep an eye on them as each oven is different.

2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs honey
1 tbs mustard
salt & pepper to taste
Coconut oil spray (or other oil spray)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pat dry chicken wings with a napkin or paper towel
Spray wings with oil spray, add salt and pepper and mix wings around to coat evenly
Place wings in air fryer at 370 for 20 minutes. Remove air fryer bowl & shake them every 5 minutes or so
While wings are cooking, make the sauce
Combine olive oil, honey, mustard and a little salt in a small bowl
When wings are half way through the cooking cycle, remove the air fryer bowl & coat wings with sauce evenly, reserving a little for drizzling over the wings later
Let the wings cook in the air fryer for the remaining 8-10 minutes
Pour on the remaining sauce and serve!
